Contact

Email: support@avorate.app
Website: avorate.app

The email address above allows direct and efficient electronic contact. No telephone number is given because the service is provided exclusively by electronic means and enquiries sent to that address are answered promptly.

Current operating status

Avorate is currently in a closed, non-commercial test phase (private beta). No paid services are offered during this phase. A business will be duly registered before the official public launch. The information below on VAT and the competent supervisory authority applies from the time of business registration.

Legal form and register entry

The provider is a natural person and not a company entered in the commercial, association, partnership or cooperative register. Details of a registry court and registration number therefore do not apply.

VAT identification number

A VAT identification number will be applied for in the course of the business registration. Once registered, the VAT exemption under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG, small business scheme) is intended to apply.

Supervisory authority

The activity offered is not subject to authorisation or licensing. There is therefore no supervisory authority within the meaning of Section 5(1) no. 3 DDG.

The competent data protection supervisory authority is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

Responsible for journalistic and editorial content pursuant to Section 18 (2) of the German Interstate Media Treaty (MStV)

EU dispute resolution

The European Commission discontinued its online dispute resolution (ODR) platform on 20 July 2025; a reference to that platform can therefore no longer be given. The former obligation to refer to the ODR platform under Art. 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 ceased to apply when that regulation was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. Our email address for direct contact is stated above in this legal notice.

Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

This legal notice was last updated in August 2026.
